SPM Nursing College joyfully celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India on August 15, 2024, with deep patriotic fervor and a strong sense of national pride. The college campus was beautifully decorated with the national tricolour, flags, and patriotic banners, creating an atmosphere of unity and celebration.

The theme of Independence Day for 2024 is

"VIKSHIT BHARAT"

It reflects the Indian government's goal of making the country a developed nation by 2047, which will mark the hundredth anniversary of independence.
The prestigious occasion is celebrated in our college, @SPM Nursing College.
In this program, Mrs Vandana Sharma and Dr. Nandita Sharma visited the college as our chief guests
The event began with the ceremonial flag hoisting by the respected college principal ma'am Mrs. Sonam Gupta, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, many students participated in various cultural programm.
A moment of silence was observed in honor of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the nation.
